DISCOVER BONAIRE'S WONDERS

We had a great time with Alberto. We had 11 people from age 75 to 14. The van was very comfortable and with great air condition. My wife and I had taken a similar tour several years ago and Alberto was able to show us a number of sites we had not seen before. Alberto was very knowledgeable about the island, but I think his greatest attribute was flexibility. He listened to the group and was willing to adapt the tour to our requests. Good time had by all.

I had a group of 13 people. Most of them first time cruisers. Since we were stopping in Bonaire on New Year’s Day I was worried maybe nothing would be open. When I emailed Explorer Tours I heard back right away that they could accommodate all of us in an air conditioned 15 passenger van. Alberto was waiting for us just like they said. He greeted all of us, showed us a map of what we would be seeing and then drove us and answered all of our many questions. He was fantastic!! Our age group was 14-60 and all were interested in all the sites. Alberto let us set the pace, when some asked to stop for a restroom break he took us to the perfect spot. At the end of the tour some of us got dropped off at the beach and others went back to the ship. Alberto was very prompt in picking up the beach goers. Later back on the ship as we went over the hi lights of the cruise we all agreed Bonaire and our tour with Alberto was #1!

Excelente tour con Isabel (en Español)! Si es un grupo pequeño (5-6) está es la mejor opción, una van pequeña completamente dedicada, con explicaciones durante TODO el camino, suficiente tiempo en cada parada, aire acondicionado y agua... Realmente no se podía pedir nada mejor!

Great 3 1/2 hour tour of both the north and south areas of the island. Our driver and tour guide was extremely knowledgeable and informative. This was a small group of only 6 people in a VW van with our driver. Stopped at the 1000 stairs and saw iguanas and blue tail lizards. Saw goats on the tour and flamingos. The salt area was very interesting. Slave huts were a tragic part of the history of the island. Cost was extremely reasonable. Just walk off the ship and they were conveniently located in a booth among small kiosks. We picked Explorer Tours and this was a much better tour than what the cruise ship arranged for us in Aruba the previous day.

I arrived at Bonaire without any expectations, I haven't browse the web to look for anything special on the Island, when I noticed several tours companies right when you get out of the cruise, I chose the Explorer Tours Bonaire to be my guide, Andreina Marcano was my guide and I recommend her 100%, she explains everything related to the Island perfectly, I'm not a guy that like to give reviews, but she deserves it, I asked for her business card to recommend her to my friends, excellent experience.

This is a great tour of Bonaire. Alberto, our guide, was extremely friendly and informative. This tour includes stops for you to get off, unlike others which drive you around without allowing you to get out of the vehicle. It takes you to see the salt flats (you even get to take home some of the salt rocks), flamingos, slavery huts, and a few other interesting places. It’s a great tour to get familiar with the island. You can get the tour just off the cruise pier.
